Aarhus: International and cosy
If you live in THE ICEBERG, you live very close to the centre of the capital of Jutland – Aarhus – also known as the City of Smiles. Aarhus is large enough to feature all kinds of international shopping and cultural experiences but at the same time, it is small enough to provide a feeling of manageability and cosiness.
Pleasant coffee houses, gourmet restaurants and the amazing art museum ARoS are just a few steps away. Furthermore, the city offers cinemas, theatres, a large variety of restaurants, pedestrian zones, a buzzing city centre and a vibrant harbour featuring modern pleasure boats as well as old wooden ships.
A new and vibrant neighbourhood
THE ICEBERG will be part of a new, vibrant neighbourhood in the harbour called “The City near the Harbour”. Currently, the harbour of Aarhus is being converted into an attractive part of Aarhus city centre. Several unique building complexes will arise in order to create a new architectural stronghold in Denmark. The new neighbourhood will contain coffee houses, shops, restaurants and housing units with a natural and maritime touch to it through ocean and light.

Centrally located
The harbour of Aarhus is located just a few hundred yards from the ferries leaving for Sjællands Odde and Kalundborg, and the train and intercity bus station are also located nearby. You can reach the E45 motorway in 10-20 minutes. The housing complex will contain parking garages for its residents.
