The unique ocean view

From the very beginning of the design process, The Iceberg was meant to comprise a wealth of splendour. Throughout the process, the ocean view of the bays of Aarhus and Kalø all the way to Helgenæs and Sletterhage - as well as Aarhus city itself - has been top priority for each single housing unit. People from all layers of society are to be given the possibility of enjoying these truly unique views.

Homes for everybody

The complex will have 210 apartments from 50 m2 to 200 m2 in 10 storeys. Everybody will be able to find a suitable home in The Iceberg. There is underground parking below the complex.

There is a suitable home for the middle-aged couple wanting to retire in a place close to the ocean. There is a home for the young couple wanting to build a life with a view - together. And the family with young children will have the time of their lives in a home in The Iceberg.

Plans and price ranges are expected to be ready medio 2012. The apartments are expected to be completed in the beginning of 2013.
